Government has made it mandatory to link PAN and Aadhaar card. Now Aadhaar and Voter ID link is required. A campaign related to this will start in Maharashtra from August.

1. The Chief Election Commissioner of Maharashtra has given information about this. He informed that this will be done to avoid identification of voters and repetition of names in the electoral roll. The State Election Commission has set up campuses for this purpose.

This will simplify the process of Aadhaar-Voter ID linking. You can also complete the process online from home. For this you have to follow some simple steps

If you are not registered on NVSP website, first of all register as a new user.

You have to go to the website to register. Then click on the login button.

Next click on New User Registration option. Here you need to enter mobile number and captcha code.

Now you will get an OTP. After verifying the OTP you will reach the new account page. Here you have to fill all the information and register.

After registration you will again reach the login page.
Can link via NVSP

To link Aadhaar – Voter ID Card first visit NVSP (National Voter Service Portal) website https://www.nvsp.in/.

Then log in here.
Now click on Search in Electoral Roll which appears on the home page.

After that a new page will open in front of you.
Here you have to search by entering voter ID card, personal information, EPIC number and state.
Here you will get the option of Feed Aadhaar No.

Click on this.
Now a pop-up window will open. You have to enter your Aadhaar card information.

Next you have to fill important information and verify identity.

After that an OTP will be sent to the registered number and email.

Enter the OTP and click on submit.

You will then receive a notification, which will inform you that the Aadhaar Card and Voter ID have been linked.
